Lovely 2 bedroom apartment just a two minute walk from the Estepona Golf Club. Set in pretty gardens, there is a large communal pool with sun beds and fenced off for children security.
The living room with dining area is spacious and very comfortable for 4 people. There is 2 big very comfortable sofa and the TV has a great choice of international channels.
The lovely American kitchen is very well equipped with vitro, oven, microwave, coffee machine, boiler, toaster and washing machine (no dishwasher).
The terrace overlooks the gardens and pool and has al fresco dining for 4 people. The main bedroom and the second bedroom have double beds. Nice and modern bathroom with shower unit.

Very nice and peaceful residence with the pool at 100 meters walking from the apartment.
The beach is within a 7 minute drive from the apartment and the Estepona Marina within 10 minutes. Local amenities include the nearest supermarket a 5 minute drive from the apartment. The Club house and access to Estepona Golf is within a 3 minute walk with a bar and and a restaurant.
There is no lift but the blocks are really not high with just 2 floors.
